Android 15 Behavioral Changes

Android 15 Behavioral Changes
Android users! If you haven't played around with Android 15 yet, let's cover a few Android changes that stand out more than previous releases.

Pop Up Slowdown

A trend I've noticed in apps is popups happening before I've had a chance to fully interact with the app. Android 15 is designed to be less annoying. One of the main improvements is that apps can no longer suddenly pop up on your screen unless you've done something to trigger it; like clicking a button. This means fewer interruptions from apps you're not actively using. Also, apps need special permission to take over your screen with full alerts. This will result in fewer surprises.

Privacy

Privacy is also getting a serious upgrade. Android 15 makes it harder for apps to secretly collect your information, especially when you're not using them. Apps now have to ask clearly before accessing your location, sensor data, or personal details. This reduces the chances of your data being used in ways you didn't agree to.

Battery

Android 15 puts tighter limits on what apps can do in the background, which helps stop them from draining your battery or slowing down your device. Apps will also need to be more careful about how they use certain features, which leads to a faster and more reliable phone experience overall.
